Lonestar Sheds LLC provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup for a new order to-be-built includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 30 odometer miles from the nearest Lonestar Sheds LLC Sales Center. For any in-stock building you get 30 miles free from the sales lot where the building is located. Any mileage over the 30 miles will be billed to you by your delivery driver.Set-up includes leveling the portable building using your concrete blocks, or you can buy blocks from the driver at the cost of $3.00 each. The building will be set with the corner closest to the ground on one block, then the rest of the building leveled from that point. If you want it higher than that, you will need to communicate with the driver about the labor costs that will incur. The driver will level the building when it is delivered initially. If the building settles after being loaded with belongings this is not a warranty issue. If the driver is needed to go back to re level that will be the responsibility of the customer.There must be enough space for not only the building but also the truck and the trailer. There are some things to consider for the delivery of your building. The truck and trailer that will be delivering your building may exceed 75’ in length and when loaded with your building may exceed 15' in height. Low ranch gates may cause issues for the driver when entering the property. Low power lines and telephone line must be considered for the delivery of the building also. Adequate clearances require a minimum of four feet from any other structure or property line on any side of the portable building, and overhead clearance equal to the height of the portable building plus 3 feet. If the driver determines that there is not enough space, arrangements for another location must be made by the customer.If another trip is necessary to make delivery, the customer will bear the entire cost of the subsequent delivery.Delivery personnel are not responsible for the trimming of trees, clearing of brush or stumps, or the removal of fences &amp; gates or any other obstructions at the delivery site. Please use conservative judgment when considering ditches and/or tight access routes/turns on rural access roads.

We accept cash, credit cards, or checks as payment forms. We also offer RENT TO OWN. That was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plans allow you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.<ul><li>36 month terms up to $8,000 and 60 month terms on anything over $8,000</li><li>No early payoff fees</li><li>Set up automatic payments</li></ul>We can also offer you Financing. We have partnered with Greensky Financing and can help you get approved for that if you have good credit. Floor joists are 2x6 Pressure Treated 16" O.C. Floor decking is 3/4" T&amp;G plywood fastened down with hot dipped galvanized nails. <h1>Walls</h1>All walls are framed with 2x4's 16" O.C. The corners are nailed together and the bottom plate is nailed to the floor. All framing is done with 3" nails <h1>Roof</h1>Roof framing on standard buildings is 16' O.C., topped with 7/16" sheathing with Thermostat Radiant Barrier to help repel heat. Cottage style roofs are built with a ridge pole system and 2x6 rafters 24” OC. All buildings are priced with a 40 year metal roof. We have 22 metal colors to choose from to help you match your house or other buildings. <h1>Design</h1>All models are designed to withstand high winds and last a long time. We have many years experience in building storage buildings, garages, and cabins. We might not have the cheapest shed out there, but we try not to let cost decide how we build our products.
